Our all new Photography BlogSites “Getting Started Guide” goes over every step you need to start using your new site. We have had one since we launched but have added so many new features since then that it has needed an overhaul.

WordPress Editor’s Guide

We also have a comprehensive guide for everything that is basic to WordPress itself. This guide is a great resource for anyone using WordPress.

Last night we found a great resource for WordPress tutorial videos. So great that we had to immediately add them to the site. Every site now has more than 30 screen sharing tutorials for every basic tool in a WordPress site right from their admin area!

There is also a text version that can be clicked though. It was even built with a menu that resembles the standard WordPress menu to keep things working consistently.

We also made a small change to the menu, moving the Support menu right up top near the dashboard menu for easier access.

You can still find the FAQ’s, links to our Getting Started Guide and forums there as well. And of course if you find anything that needs fixing or just have a suggestion for us, use the support tickets to let us know.

In an effort to consolidate our support system, the temporary foums setup at the main site have been moved to:

Redirects are in place for anyone trying to access the old forums.

We launched our Support Site and forums today in preparation for the first Beta testers.

Over the coming weeks, we will be adding to the Documentation and hope to get some good conversations going in the Forum.

In the meantime, you can check out our WordPress video tutorials, which are great resources for any beginner WordPress user.

The Forums will have some member-only sections but also have some areas open to everyone:

• Feature Suggestions – we are open to hearing from anyone.
• And PreSales questions to help figure out any questions you might have about the site.
